Located on Chicago’s South Side McKinley Park neighborhood, Razzmatazz is a 20,000-square foot indoor entertainment complex filled with games, attractions, and slides for adults and kids of all ages. Razzmatazz is open daily and hosts birthday parties and event outings for any group type. This entertainment center has over 80 games, Route 66 bowling, bouncy houses and inflatable slides, as well as a full-service bar and restaurant.
Owner of Razzmatazz and Chicago Indoor Sports, John Burns announced the appointment of Simon Horwell as General Manager.

With more than 15 years of experience in Operations, Business Development, and Marketing, Horwell brings leadership experience and a dedication to service to his new role within Razzmatazz and Chicago Indoor Sports.
“Razzmatazz and Chicago Indoor Sports is an incredible establishment, and I am thrilled by the opportunity to lead this talented team,” said Horwell. “I look forward to leveraging my experience and continuing to offer our guests the highest level of service that defines the brand.”
Horwell has managed small to medium sized businesses throughout the country over his impressive career. Prior to starting with Razzmatazz and Chicago Indoor Sports, Horwell was Operations and Business Development Manager for Home James, USA. A Los Angeles start-up that he helped found.
In his capacity, he forged sponsorship agreements with International brands, including Heineken and VH1, and was central to the development and airing of a ten-part reality TV series based on the company’s exploits. Subsequently, Horwell spent time as the Vice President for Business Development at the Dax Foundation, before completing his MBA from the University of Liverpool (UK).
Born and raised in London, United Kingdom, Horwell began his diverse career path as the Assistant General Manager of Hotel El Valle in Valencia, Spain. Working his way up within the industry and earning a reputation as an engaging and energetic leader, Horwell remains passionate about helping Small to Medium Enterprises/Businesses grow revenues while managing leadership challenges.
Horwell is excited to settle into his new role and to help take Razzmatazz and Chicago Indoor Sports to new heights. In his free time, he enjoys family fun adventures with his wife and 2-year-old daughter. Horwell speaks fluent Spanish, supports Manchester United, and is certified in Krav Maga.
